Shipping and returns information
At flo we want to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, and aim to fulfil orders within one working day. Often, if orders are placed before 1pm, we are able to dispatch on the same day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch within one working day we would contact you.
We offer two delivery options:
Standard delivery is automatically applied to all orders, and your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class or courier for larger/heavier items. If you opt for standard delivery your order will be with you in appr3 to 5 days following fulfilment. A signature may be required on orders over £50.
Standard delivery costs:
Scent discovery = Free
Cotton tote bag = £1.00 (free with all orders over £30)
Essential oils = £1.00
Wax melts and Letterbox gifts under £30 = £1.50
All other items under £25 = £3.00
Delivery on orders over £30 are free of charge.
Express delivery: if you need your order or gift to be delivered urgently, we have an express delivery option available to select at the checkout.
Items ordered before 2pm will be shipped on the same day either by Royal Mail 1st class or 24 hour courier service. A signature may be required on orders over £50.
Express delivery costs:
Orders under £100 = £6
Orders over £100 = Free delivery
All orders will be carefully wrapped, and if you are sending your order as a gift to someone, why not take advantage of our free gift wrapping service.
We know some of you like to be very organised and order gifts well in advance. If you are one of those people and have a list of birthdays and anniversaries, we will happily ship the items on specific dates for you, simply add the details when you order and leave the rest to us!
Currently we do not routinely ship outside of the UK, however if you have a specific request, we will do our best to help. Shipping outside of the UK may result in additional costs, and if customs charges and taxes have been added the recipient would need to pay them.
We are aware of due high demands on the postal services, whilst we try, we are unable to guarantee the 3 to 5 days delivery offered as part of our standard delivery. If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving fulfilment confirmation please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order reference.
To return a faulty or damaged product:
We're sorry that you have received a damaged or faulty product, and we would like to hear from you so we can assist. Please get in touch with us via email email@example.com and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any problems. When contacting us we will require your order number and details of the fault; we will also request to see photos and/or video to understand the fault or assist you in resolving any problems, before we can offer a replacement.
Want to return your order?
We're sorry to hear that you want to return your order. If you purchased from aromas by flo online, and as long as the product is in its original packaging and completely unused and initiated a return within 14 days of receiving your goods, we would be more than happy to receive your return. Please contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org where we can assist you further. Please be aware all returns are subject to passing quality control inspections before a refund or exchange is offered. Please note we are unable to refund personalised or custom items.
