To return a faulty or damaged product:
We're sorry that you have received a damaged or faulty product, and we would like to hear from you so we can assist wherever possible. Please get in touch with us via email ask@aromasbyflo.co.uk and we’ll be more than happy to try and help resolve any problems. When contacting us we will require your order number, proof of purchase and details of the fault; we will also request to see photos and/or video to understand the fault or assist you in trying to resolve any problems, before we can offer a replacement. Please note aroma diffusers have a one year warranty, any faults after this time we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement.
Want to return your order?
We're sorry to hear that you want to return your order. If you purchased from aromas by flo online, and as long as the product is in its original packaging and completely unused and initiated a return within 14 days of receiving your goods, we would be more than happy to receive your return. Please contact our team via email at ask@aromasbyflo.co.uk where we can assist you further. Please be aware all returns are subject to passing quality control inspections before a refund or exchange is offered.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless they are faulty.
If you are shipping an item over £40 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
